This page explains what SmartLinks collects on smartlinksgolf.com, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: name, email, phone, course details and messages.
• How you found us and what you clicked on our site, such as the ad, post or QR code that brought you here.
• A random visitor ID stored in a cookie and your browser's storage, so we can tell repeat visits apart.
• A one-way hash of part of your IP address. We do not store your full IP address.

Why

• To reply to you and send what you asked for.
• To send occasional emails about our services if you agreed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To text you about your request, only if you checked the box. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
• To see which marketing works so we spend less on what does not.

Analytics and ads

We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. They use cookies to measure visits and ad results. When you submit a form, we may send Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and phone to match the visit to an ad. You can limit ad tracking in your browser and in your Google and Meta settings.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run this site, such as hosting, email delivery and analytics.
